Almassah Jewellers strives to deliver orders as soon as they are received. Orders placed for delivery in Kuwait will be delivered within 3 days of purchase. International orders can be tracked through our delivery partners.

We take pride in ensuring our clients are delighted with their purchase and that our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or the fit of your jewelry, we offer simple returns within 24 hours from delivery. Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all materials in place in the box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents. If there are signs of damage, the items will not be eligible for return. To request a refund, simply contact customerservice@almassahjewellers.com with your order details.
